On Sunday, March 1 at 3:00pm in Comstock Hall at the University of Louisville School of Music, a concert will be presented to honor and celebrate the memory of Brad Rogers. So many of us knew Brad for his remarkable career at Oldham County High School. After his retirement he came to UofL as Assistant Director of Athletic Bands and Director of the University-Community Band where he made a huge impact on students and colleagues alike. Our UofL Symphonic Band, Wind Symphony and the Louisville Concert Band will perform selections that Brad much appreciated. Several former students and colleagues, along with Dr. John Stroube, Executive Director of KMEA, will also reminisce regarding his passion and impact on many lives. The concert is free and the public is welcome.
